Join the discussion... to me no I don't think so because he has failed his integrity test when he was a lagos state governor there was no any significant project u can pin point or impact that he made to state,

Maybe not to the promise land but hopefully he can do lay the foundation for that ultimate destination just like he did in Lagos.
